Generally, we would recommend that customers measure the circumference of their wrist, using a piece of string (or anything you can find such as a phone charger cable!), and then add anywhere between 1/2 inch (1.3cm) to 1 inch (2.5cm) depending on how loose or tight you would like it to fit.
